FatPirate Casino Terms and Conditions
This page summarises the rules FatPirate publishes for its players; the operator’s own document on its website remains the authoritative text. The terms below cover who may open an account, how verification works, which activities are banned and how disputes are settled. Reading them before depositing is the cheapest form of bankroll protection there is.
General Terms
FatPirate accepts only customers over 18 years of age, and by registering an account a player confirms acceptance of the operator’s full terms. Each account holder is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for every action taken through their account. The operator enforces strict eligibility checks, and accounts that fail age or identity verification cannot continue to play.
Key obligations every player accepts on registration:
- Be over 18 years of age at the moment of registration.
- Provide accurate personal details and keep them current.
- Provide all information FatPirate requests in order to manage the account, verify identity or confirm the source of deposited funds.
- Play from a territory where the operator’s services are not restricted.
For tools and limits that help control spending, see the dedicated page: FatPirate responsible gambling.
Account Rules
FatPirate allows only one account per person, per household or address, per phone number or email, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts breach the terms, and the operator may suspend or close any account that violates this rule. Verification is a fixed part of account management rather than an optional extra.
Account Verification
The operator may request identity documents at any point, and the player must supply them within 30 days of the request. FatPirate typically verifies the documents and information within 10 business days after the request is answered in full. Missing the 30-day window gives the operator grounds to restrict the account.
The documents FatPirate may request include:
- ID — identity card number, driving licence or passport number.
- Proof of residence, such as proof of address.
- Proof of ownership and transaction histories of the payment methods used.
- Social security number, source of wealth or funds, bank ID and financial statements or details, collected to meet due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and for age and identity verification.
The operator processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, and only where a legal basis exists. Full details are set out here: FatPirate privacy policy.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses
FatPirate ties its withdrawal conditions to a five-level account system, with per-day and monthly caps that rise as the level increases. The account currencies supported by the operator are EUR, GBP, AUD, PLN, CZK, CHF, NOK, CAD, HUF and NZD. Bonus funds sit under their own promotional terms, and the operator reserves the right to cancel a bonus or refuse it entirely where it suspects unfair play or malicious strategies.
| Account Level | EUR / GBP Limit (Per Day / Month) | AUD Limit (Per Day / Month) |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 500 / 7,000 | 800 / 10,500 |
| Level 2 | 500 / 10,000 | 800 / 10,500 |
| Level 3 | 800 / 12,000 | 800 / 10,500 |
| Level 4 | 1,000 / 15,000 | 800 / 10,500 |
| Level 5 | 1,500 / 20,000 | 800 / 10,500 |
The practical consequence is mathematical: a player planning larger withdrawals should factor their account level into cash-flow planning, since the daily and monthly ceilings directly cap how fast a balance converts to withdrawable funds.
Prohibited Activities
FatPirate treats fraud, collusion and any manipulation of game outcomes as breaches of the terms. On the promotional side, the operator reserves the right to cancel a bonus and refuse future bonuses to a client where it suspects a violation of the fairness of the game or the use of malicious strategies. Players must also access the platform only from territories where the operator’s services are permitted.
Dispute Resolution
Any legal claim or dispute arising under or in connection with the terms, or with a player’s use of the website, is settled in accordance with the applicable law. A player with a complaint should raise it with the operator through the contact channels published on its website before escalating the matter further.
